For organizations wishing to post to the Proposal Pipeline, may we suggest that your proposal or concept paper include:
- Clear, specific, realistic objectives
- Activities which are clearly linked to those objectives
- Justification of need / problem statement / evidence from a needs assessment
- Creative approaches to problem-solving and locally relevant strategies
- Some justification for why you are the best organization to do this work / background on relevant experience
- A clear description of the project or programme
- A general budget and stated time period
- Be prepared for requests for financial and other documentation should you be invited to submit a full proposal to a donor.
